Payment Methods

I accept payments through Paypal. However, if you prefer to pay by personal check or moneyorder, please contact me. For personal checks and moneyorders, I will send your order once payment is received and cleared. Please make checks/moneyorders payable to My HodgePodgerie. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

Shipping Info

A majority of my jewlery items listed are one-of-a-kind and in stock. Some items, such as the baby wipe cases, burps, mats & clothing are all custom made to order, and in these cases, once payment is received and cleared, I will start work on them. Please allow 7-10 business days for these items (of course, most items are generally created in 3-5 business days). Large orders can add additional days to this process. If you need an item sooner than what is described above, it is sometimes possible to rush items. Please contact me at myhodgepodgerie@yahoo.com if this is the case. Most in-stock items are generally be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

I ship all items First Class US Mail. Generally it takes 3-5 days for items to arrive after they've been shipped. I am not responsible for lost package or timelags with the post office. If you would like to insure your items, USPS charges $1.35 for insurance (up to $50.00 and $2.30 up to $100.00 and up according to USPS). If this is the case, please email me and I will send you an updated PayPal invoice. If you require Priority Mail, Overnight shipping, or shipping to Canada/Overseas, just let me know and I'll calculate shipping charges accordingly.

Measuring Your Wrist

To determine the bracelet size you need, measure wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape and add 1/2 inch. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler. To avoid resizing charges it is very important to measure before ordering. Custom bracelets take just as long to make the first time as they do the second time. If measuring is not an option, please keep in mind I will charge $10.00 to restring your bracelet.

Fabric Selection

I am slightly obsessed with fabrics, which is why you will see fresh & trendy fabrics here in the shop. I use high quality quilters cotton fabric on all my items. Some of my baby wipe cases are made with cotton home dec weight fabric. Using a home-dec weight fabric makes them more sturdy and may stand up more to stains or having them tossed around. Fabric used on childrens clothing and bibs, as well as the onesies & bibs themselves are always pre-washed before sewing. This will minimize shrinkage and pulling.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact me via email before initiating your return. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to me at the time of your order. If you need a refund, it will be mailed to you minus shipping and handling costs. All items must be returned to My HodgePodgerie within 14 days of the shipping date, unused and in perfect condition.

Repair Policy for Jewelry

Repairs will be made free of charge for 3 months from purchase date. If you need a repair, please contact me via email before initiating your return.

Wholesale/Drop Shipping

I pride myself in offering great prices to my customers, so, I currently do not offer wholesale pricing. However, I do offer a discount for drop ship agreements (select products only). If you are interested in carrying My HodgePodgerie products, please email me at myhodgepodgerie@yahoo.com.
