We ship your orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail to the United States. International orders ship First Class International.

how long until I receive my order?
Orders are processed, handmade and packaged Monday thru Friday. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to leave our location. Custom items and large orders occasionally take longer than projected. If you need an item sooner than what is described above, please contact me before placing your order for delivery times. Please allow 2-3 days for Priority Mail or up to 12 days for First Class Mail.

return policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You will need to contact us with your concerns and return prior to sending anything back. We will give you a proper shipping address at that time. Custom/special orders may not be returned.
